'CigarBCue' celebrates smokes and sensational food

The forecast is excellent for a festival of fine cigars, exquisite eats and tempting cocktails.

'Cigarbque' rolls into town Thursday night, and promises an evening with some of the region's top chefs and handcrafted cigars.

The Georgia Railroad Freight Depot will host names like:  Fox Bros. BBQ, Smoke Ring, One Eared Stag, Smoke Belly and Food 101 as well as 'mixologists' from One Eared Stag, Seven Lamps, The Blind Pig Parlour Bar and Food 101.

This event kicks off a nationwide tour for 'Cigarbcue' with stops in Austin, SanFran, Denver and Philly.

Limited tickets are available. 'A ticket of $125 includes a unique dish from each of the highly-acclaimed chefs participating, creative cocktails poured by top mixologists and a selection of Diamond Crown Premium Cigars. A portion of the proceeds will also benefit the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)3 charity that uses education, empowerment and health care to uplift the impoverished peoples of the Dominican Republic' event leaders announced in a press release.
