A brave little girl learned some wonderful news, just in time for Halloween.

"This little pumpkin finished her last round of radiation," Children's Healthcare of Atlanta said on Facebook last Tuesday.

CHOA shared an adorable photo of patient Brecklynn, wearing a festive, smocked cross dress with pumpkins on it as she smiled next to some real-life pumpkins.

"In the words of Brecklynn's mom, 'This princess has officially kicked cancer's butt!'" CHOA said.

The post has been shared more than 400 times and has more than 6,000 likes.

Brecklynn was diagnosed with Pleuropulmonary Blastoma in November 2015 and the cancer spread through her body.

According to the "Pray 4 Breck" Facebook page, Brecklynn had her final surgery on October 18 to have her port removed.

"Our God is so good," her family said on Facebook.
