Police in DeKalb County finished a three-day sweep of the county in search of child predators, as officers went from city-to-city making arrests on Thursday evening. And investigators warn more arrests from the raids could be on the way.

Police raided ten homes across the county, serving search warrants, and arresting individuals from all walks of life. Four people were in custody as of early Thursday evening: Brian Anastasio, 60, Delacey Durham, 24, Allen Kaplar, 44, and Douglas Solomon, 70, were all taken into custody, according to police.

FOX 5 News followed officers as they descended upon numerous neighborhoods, and took computers, hard drives, and other materials from homes.

Investigators said they were able to track down the individuals as their activity was tracked flagged through social media accounts and websites. Police said they found child porn belonging to the men, and said some could have images numbering in the hundreds to even the thousands; other suspects were already registered sex offenders.

During one raid, police said instead of finding an adult, investigators discovered a child uploaded graphic pictures of themselves to the internet. DeKalb County Police said they have seen this situation before, and remind parents of the need to always monitor their children while they are on electronic devices.

“I always use one analogy simply, ‘You wouldn't give a child a loaded gun, so why do you give them a loaded device that you don’t operate or that you don't watch over. It’s like giving a 5-year-old the keys to your car. Why would you do that?’ So it's the same. You know, just be vigilant, watch over your child,” said Sgt. Torrey Kennedy, DeKalb County Police Department.
