- Chipotle is giving anyone in costume a deal for a $3 menu after 3 p.m. on Halloween for a burrito, bowl, salad, or order of tacos.
- Noodles and Company is offering FREE kids meal with each purchase of a regular entrée.
- Outback Steakhouse is offering a coupon for 15 percent off the entire check through Oct. 31.
- All day Monday, IHOP will offer the scary face pancake promotion – kids can decorate a pancake for free.
- Krispy Kreme is giving those in costume a free doughnut on Halloween.
- Baja Fresh is giving kids a free meal with an adult purchase through Halloween.
- On Halloween, kids in costume will also get 50 free tickets at Chuck E. Cheese locations.
