Investigators hope a distinctive tattoo will help them identify a woman whose body was found in the Darien River in McIntosh County.

Police have released this sketch of the woman, who they say was between 25 and 40 years old, five-foot-four-inches tall and weighs around 245 pounds.

The tattoo on her right arm reads: “Dreams are manifestations of our identities.”

Investigators say her body was found April 3 in McIntosh County on the Georgia coast, just north of Saint Simons.
