Atlanta Police Officer Indicted for Pedestrian Accident

ATLANTA - A grand jury has indicted an Atlanta Police officer for the death of a pedestrian.

Officer Christopher Blaise faces misdemeanor charges of vehicular homicide and speeding.

Bernard Moore was crossing Metropolitan Avenue when he was struck by the patrol car.

Family members said the cruiser was speeding and had no lights or sirens going.
