Man shot in both shoulders turns up at Piedmont Hospital

ATLANTA - Atlanta police are investigating a peculiar shooting in which they say someone was shot in both shoulders Saturday morning.

The victim, a 30-year-old man, was at Piedmont Hospital on 1400 West Peachtree Street NW when officials responded. They say he would not answer questions about the incident.

Police also say a possible unidentified suspect ran away before they arrived.

The shooting remains under investigation.
