ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - The Atlanta City Council is considering tough new penalties for drivers who park, stop, or drive in bike lanes.
The fine would be $100 for cars and up to $1,000 for tractor-trailers.
The full council is expected to vote on the measure Monday.
