Man found shot in leg on Metropolitan Parkway

ATLANTA - A 32-year-old man is recovering after being shot in the leg late Friday night.

Atlanta police responded to the shooting at 1191 Metropolitan Parkway NW at approximately 11:41 p.m.

The victim was alert, conscious and breathing when he was taken to the hospital.

Police said he was not cooperative with their investigation, and there has been no word on the location of the unidentified suspect.

This investigation remains ongoing.
