Andrea Sneiderman to return to court

Attorneys for a DeKalb County woman accused of conspiring to murder her husband will return to court this week.

Andrea Sneiderman wants to be able to attend religious services and she's also asking the court to unfreeze her financial assets.

Sneiderman is accused of plotting to kill her husband Rusty. In 2010, he was gunned down outside a Dunwoody daycare. Hemy Neuman, Andrea's former boss, is currently serving a life sentence without parole in the murder.

Andrea Sneiderman is on house arrest and has to wear an ankle monitor.

A judge has scheduled hearings for Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
