2 women arrested for deadly shooting on Dec. 1 in SW Atlanta

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. - Atlanta Police have apprehended two suspects in connection with a Dec. 1, 2024, homicide that occurred in the 1700 block of Centra Villa Drive SW in southwest Atlanta.

A 55-year-old man was killed during the incident, according to police. At the time, police described the incident as "domestic in nature."

On Jan. 16, Lavette Roker, 32, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for Party to a Crime, Murder. 

The same day, Nekeisha Crenshaw, 33, self-surrendered to Atlanta Police. She faces charges of Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, all related to the same case.
