Could you work every day with your mom?

At Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, several mother-daughter duos get the job done every day.

One of those duos is Angela Pettigrew and Jashawna Caba, who take teamwork to new heights.

The two TSA agents have a combined 22 years of experience working at Hartsfield-Jackson.

The pair say they love working together.

"We have a lot to talk about outside of working here. So it's good to have somebody who can relate to what you're going through," Pettigrew said.

Pettigrew is a member of the Atlas team, while her daughter is a coordination center officer.

She's also the oldest of three girls and has a daughter of her own.

Caba said she would encourage her own daughter to work for the airport, saying the job definitely could help with future goals.

"I would recommend it as a stepping stone to something more," she said. "I'm using it as a stepping stone to another job in the government."

Pettigrew and her daughter work different schedules. In fact, Caba sometimes misses out on holidays like Mother's Day, but they keep something fun planned.

"I don't get the days off that my mother does," she said. "We do plan to go and play bingo for Mother's Day, so we'll be OK."

Officials at Hartsfield-Jackson say they know of four mother-daughter duos at the airport, and there may be more.
