First Lady Michelle Obama's Healthy Lunchtime Challenge: Corey Jackson, Jr. is a 5th grader at the Main Street Academy.  His recipe titled "Mango-Cango Chicken" is the winner of Michelle Obama’s Healthy Lunchtime Challenge for the state of Georgia.  Not only is Corey a creative Chef, he is also autistic.  Gurvir Dhindsa visited the Jackson’s home where Corey made his winning gluten-free recipe. Atlanta Public Schools Back-to-School Bash: Superintendent Dr. Meria Carstarphen is inviting APS students and parents to come out Saturday July 25th to Atlanta Metropolitan State College. This free event will include health screenings, after school resources and free backpacks stuffed with school supplies – everything you need for back to school this year. Food Truck Ride Along: Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken recently got a chance to spend the day as a trainee on the Happy Belly Curbside Kitchen food truck. And even though the kitchen is small on the truck -- that doesn't mean the workload is!  Paul started the morning in the Happy Belly commissary kitchen, and then helped serve lunch at Cobb Galleria on the truck.  Was he good enough to get the job?
