ATLANTA - Grammy-winning soul singer returns with new music: She’s fresh of a pair of Grammy wins earlier this year for her stunning album Lalah Hathaway LIVE, and now the singer many call the “First Daughter Of Soul” is back with a new single she says is perfect for “party time.”
Lalah Hathaway’s “I Can’t Wait” was just released this summer, and precedes the singer’s upcoming studio album Honestly, which is scheduled for release later this fall. Good Day Atlanta’s Paul Milliken recently sat down with Hathaway during her stop in Atlanta, and chatted about the inspirations behind her latest work.
