The tournament will feature one-hundred players, and will begin at 9 a.m., with semi-finals and finals set for 7 p.m. that night. The winner will receive a hand-crafted Subeau ping pong table, valued at more than $6,000. Another table will be raffled off during the event.

Burgers With Buck: If Venkman's, in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward, was simply a live music venue...it would be a really cool place.
And if Venkman's, in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward, was simply a great restaurant serving southern comfort food classics with a creative twist...it would be a really cool place.
Instead Venkman's, in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward, combines the best of both worlds with just a hint of Ghostbusters, and the result is a really, really cool place.
You see Venkman's is what happens when talented local musicians Nicholas Niespodziani and Peter Olson of the Yacht Rock Revue, and long time Atlanta chef Nick Melvin put their heads together.
However, critiquing music and menus is not what #BurgersWithBuck is all about. We at #BWB, are all about celebrating great burgers in and around metropolitan Atlanta, and the burger at Venkman's is worthy of celebration.
Let's start with the name. They call it...wait for it. Wait for it. The Burger.
A simple name, yes, but a very complex sandwich made with quality ingredients and a lot of TLC.
Much like Venkman's was built from the ground up, Chef Nick builds #TheBurger from the bun up. Beginning with a sweet potato bun with a very subtle just a touch of sweetness. The next level is a little Doux South Dill Mustard. On top of that is a custom ground patty consisting of brisket, chuck and short rib. Next is sharp white cheddar cheese followed by pickled slaw. Then they add a homemade pickle sauce mixed with fresh cabbage, red onion, and parsley, and to top it all off, a little homemade spiced tomato jam.
It's a burger so good, it doesn't really even need a catchy name, but if they decided to call it the #BuckBurger, the #BWB staff would not object.

And as always, if you have a favorite burger that you would like to see featured, tell me about it on https://www.facebook.com/BuckFOX5 or https://twitter.com/BuckFOX5, and don't forget to use the hash tag #BurgersWithBuck and/or #BWB.
