Doctor shares tips for losing weight in your 40s

Have you tried diet after diet and still no results? Losing weight can be frustrating after turning 40, but it is possible. Dr. Kimberly Manning from Emory University and Grady Hospitals stopped by Good Day Atlanta Friday morning to break down how to shed those stubborn pounds.

Dr. Manning's tips to boost your metabolism include cutting out artificial sweeteners and diet sodas. Manning said she was able to lose nearly six pounds by cutting out these two items alone.
