Buckhead's Le Bilboquet cooks up Thanksgiving feast

A Buckhead restaurant is making Thanksgiving easy, by cooking up a holiday feast with a “French twist.”

Le Bilboquet Atlanta is offering Thanksgiving service from Noon to 8:00 p.m. this Thursday, during which guests may order from a special prix fix menu created by Executive Chef Cyrille Holota.

The menu is made of us a mix of traditional Thanksgiving favorites and some exotic additions, ranging from a traditional roasted whole turkey with homemade stuffing to scallop carpaccio and kale and quinoa salad with blue cheese, bacon, and pear (you can check out the full Thanksgiving menu by clicking here). And new this year, Le Bilboquet is setting up a communal table, with seatings set for 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., which Chef Holota says is perfect for people dining alone or in pairs who want to spend the holiday making some new friends.

Speaking of friends, Good Day Atlanta’s Paul Milliken recently got an exclusive “first taste” of the Thanksgiving prix menu, but he didn’t want to eat alone.  So he invited along his “best buds” Buck Lanford and Ron Gant to join in on the feast and have a little fun celebrating an early Thanksgiving this year.
