NORAD tracks Santa with volunteer hotline

NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) tracks Santa each year on December 24, offering children and families a way to follow his journey. The special hotline, 1‑877‑HI‑NORAD, receives calls from around the U.S. and Canada. More than 100 volunteers help take calls and provide updates.
