Condos 'inhumane and 'unlivable'', lawsuit claims

Twenty owners at a condo complex have joined forces to file suit against the HOA and property management companies, claiming inhumane and unlivable conditions. The 42-unit property is on Walker Street, steps from downtown Atlanta.
