16 presumed dead in Tennessee plant explosion

Humphrey County Sheriff Chris Davis was moved to tears explaining the tragic explosion at Accurate Energetic Systems, a military explosives plant in Tennessee. He said nearly 300 personnel have combed through the wreckage left behind, and not a single survivor has been found.
