Meet Atlanta's newest city council member

Atlanta's newest city council member is 32-year-old Carden Wyckoff, a disability advocate. Wyckoff was appointed by the council on Monday of this week for a 104 day term, which is the remainder of former councilman Amir Farokhi's term.
