Tracking Erin: Impacts expected Thursday from Georgia to New England

Officials have told beach-goers to avoid the water in Georgia and North Carolina on Wednesday. Hurricane Erin could become a Category 3 again, according to the FOX 5 Storm Team. Its expected to bring rain, storm surge and high winds to the entire eastern seaboard.
