Book celebrates Georgia's signature dishes

''Taste the State: Georgia'' is a new book exploring all the flavors and stories that make Georgia's culinary dishes special. Chef Kevin Mitchell and food historian David S. Shields collaborated on the book, and they joined Alyse Eady to prepare a hometown staple and talk their event at the Atlanta History Center.
