'Constant rapid fires': Witness describes seeing alleged CDC shooter

A woman on her way to work drove past the CVS where police said a man opened fire on the CDC Headquarters in Atlanta. She said she was 20 feet from the shooter who was wearing mask. "It all happened in the blink of an eye," she said.
