More victims of water bottle scams come forward
Atlanta?s water boys are accused of using Cash App to scam drivers out of a lot of money. This week alone, two victims have come forward saying they were robbed of more than a thousand dollars. They say they only meant to send a few bucks to the teens, who sell water at intersections throughout the city.
