Governor Brian Kemp has ordered flags across Georgia to be lowered to half-staff on Wednesday in honor of Army 1st Lt. Tyler James Feehan, a 25-year-old Bryan County native who was killed in a July attack in Jordan. Feehan will be laid to rest at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.
