Georgia House speaker's school safety plan

Georgia House Speaker Jon Burns unveiled a school safety legislative package on Monday to prevent future shooting tragedies. Burns' plan would make it easier to track students when they transfer schools, allow students to anonymously report possible threats and a working relationship with GEMA to create a threat management team.
