Atlanta's Inspector General being sued by contractor

Atlanta's Inspector General continues to attract ire as she vows to weed out fraud, waste and corruption. The IG is now being sued by a city contractor whose name surfaced during a yearlong investigation. Bernie Tokarz' attorney says the Inspector General has overstepped her boundaries and is not following the law.
