Barrow County inmate recounts pepper-sprayed food

A Barrow County Jail inmate is speaking out after he ate food tainted with pepper spray. The GBI has charged a detention officer with cruelty to inmates and violating her oath of office. She has since been fired. An inmate recounts eating the breakfast allegedly tainted by OC spray.
