Douglas County deputy cleared in shooting

A Douglas County Sheriff?s deputy will not face charges after shooting a man accused of fleeing from authorities during a November traffic stop for excessive speeding. The man?s attorney claims body camera video of the incident shows the shooting wasn?t justified.
