Reward increases for Riverdal Road mass shooter

The mother of a Clayton County teen who was killed in a mass shooting is stepping up the reward for the capture of his killer. It now stands at $25,000. Nineteen-year-old Kiyre Allen was among five people shot at an apartment complex off Riverdale Road back in August 2022.
