Kemp sending troops to Texas border

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp held a press conference Tuesday afternoon to offer aid to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott?s effort to control illegal crossings on the U.S.-Mexico border. He agreed to send about two dozen Georgia National Guard troops.
