Family files suit against tow truck driver

The family of a church deacon who died in Atlanta police custody is now suing the tow truck driver who they say was involved ? and his employer. Lawyers for Deacon Johnny Hollman?s estate filed the lawsuit in DeKalb County State Court Monday.
