DeKalb County inmate dies in custody

In DeKalb County, a 58-year-old man being transferred to the DeKalb County Jail from a 9-day stay at an area hospital died at intake. The Sheriff's Office says Ricky Lavoghn McCullum was waiting to be escorted back to the housing unit when he collapsed.
