Residents form their own Watch over violence

Residents in the Crystal Lakes Community of DeKalb County say they're fed up with the amount of recent shooting in their area, so they're taking a stand. They're sharing Ring camera video, keeping a watchful eye at night and arming themselves to keep their neighborhood safe.
