Another jailer arrested in Fulton County

The Fulton County sheriff locks up another one of his employees for alleged misconduct. The sheriff has accused the officer of using excessive force on several prisoners. Repeated acts of staff misconduct are on top of a myriad of problems the sheriff must deal with.
