Fayette County deputies see kia theft crimewave

Fayette County Sheriff?s Office says law enforcement is not only seeing a spike in Hyundai and Kia car thefts but there is now a new group of troublemakers on the road. Deputies say there's something known as the Kia Club made of criminals who specialize in car thefts and some have led police on high speed chases.
