Atlanta sees results from public safety plan

Atlanta's mayor says there are some improvements in the battle police are waging to stop violent crime. Mayor Andre Dickens delivered a one-year report card on public safety to a group of Buckhead civic leaders. Atlanta Police Chief Darin Schierbaum called on judges to beef up sentences on lawbreakers.
