SWAT raids apartment of man who locked girlfriend and daughter inside

A tense situation in College Park Monday evening. Police say a man locked his girlfriend and newborn child inside his apartment leading to a SWAT situation. Both the woman and baby were safely brought out of the apartment by law enforcement.
