Jackson, Miss. residents frustrated with water treatment plans, more help on the way

Governor Tate Reeves said seven water distribution sites opened for Jackson residents on Thursday. Still, people are frustrated after four days without running water. Businesses are temporarily closing and school has gone virtual.
