Sentencing hearing for man found guilty of killing Kennedy Maxie near Phipps Plaza

The man found guilty of firing a stray bullet that killed a 7-year-old girl outside Phipps Plaza days before Christmas two years ago will face a judge to be sentenced for her murder Monday morning.
