Water main break causes flooding, low pressure in DeKalb neighborhood

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - Some families in a Decatur area neighborhood are experiencing low water pressure Friday after a huge water main break in the area. 

The DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management says the 36-inch main break caused the leak on Guy Way.

Crews say it will take several hours to restore full pressure to the system. In the meantime, county leaders are asking homeowners and business owners to limit their use of water. 

At this time, there is no boil water advisory in effect.
