Two teens killed, one injured in Clayton County stabbing

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Clayton County Police are looking for the knife wielding attackers who stabbed three teenagers, killing two of them late Tuesday night.

The triple stabbing happened at about 10 p.m. Tuesday at the Vera Cruz apartment complex on Old Dixie Highway, according to police.

Officers responding to the scene found three victims. An 18-year-old male was dead at the scene. Rescuers took two other teenage males to the hospital. A 16-year-old, identified by friends and family as Demetrius Jackson, died from his injuries. The other victim, a 15-year-old male, underwent surgery early Wednesday morning. Police did not immediately release the names of the victims, while working to notify their families.

Police said they will not be releasing any details of the incident.

The names of those involved are being withheld by investigators at this time.
