A Snellville middle school student collected more than 200 toys for children in a local hospital.

Instead of asking for anything for Christmas, 12-year-old Jade Hill decided she wanted to donate to others.

Her thoughtful sentiment grew into a large toy drive with all donations going to Children's Healthcare patients.

"I was taught that helping is what you need to do to be a good citizen," Hill said.

Two of Jade's brothers have spent time at Children's Healthcare, and that's what inspired her generous Christmas idea.
