Police: Teen hurt in shooting near apartment complex

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - DeKalb County Police are investigating a shooting in Decatur. 

It happened on Flat Shoals Road at Panthersville Road. 

According to police, an 18-year-old was shot at a nearby apartment complex. Then, the shooting victim went to a gas station to get help. Police later learned the shooting was self-inflicted. 

Investigators said the teen is in "moderate condition."
