Police: Man arrested for cab driver's murder in Marietta

The Marietta Police Department said they made an arrest in connection the fatal shooting of a taxi driver early Thursday morning.

Police said they found Michael Bemus, 56, dead inside his cab parked at 2235 Northwest Parkway.

Investigators announced later in the day that they arrested Justin Marquis Graves, 34, and charged him with felony murder.

The circumstances surround the crime or the arrest has not yet been released.
