Police arrest 11 in ATV and dirt bike crackdown

A crackdown on illegal ATV and dirt bike riders has lead to 11 arrests.

Over the weekend, Atlanta Police and the Georgia State Patrol worked together to conduct 29 traffic stops.

Outside of the arrests, officers say the stops lead to 11 citations.

They also recovered six guns, two of which were stolen, and impounded 10 off-road vehicles and four cars.

Three of the people arrested were discovered to be convicted felons, 32 year-old Diamon Clay, 30-year-old Kenneth Blessitt, and 40-year-old Javaris Bell.

Police also say two of the people stopped are teenagers.
