STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. (AP) — Police say a second suspect has been arrested in the shooting death of a homeless man who had been living out of his car.

Gwinnett County police said Tuesday that 25-year-old Tye Stewart of Snellville was arrested and charged with murder and armed robbery.

Gwinnett County Police Cpl. Collin Flynn says Robert Purcell was found dead in the car on Saturday, after his co-workers at a Snellville Marco's Pizza location reported the 40-year-old missing.

Police say Purcell often slept in his vehicle outside the pizza shop on the nights before he worked. Investigators believe robbery was a potential motive.

Flynn says police arrested 18-year-old Tremaine Washington of Snellville on Sunday afternoon. He's charged with murder and aggravated assault. Online jail records do not indicate whether the two suspects have attorneys.
