New laws start Wednesday in Georgia
July first marks the start of the state’s new fiscal year and that means new laws are hitting the books.
Here’s a look at all the changes you can expect to see Wednesday:
New gas tax

Legalized beer sales
This one is a new law beer enthusiasts are toasting to. Visitors at Georgia breweries can pay to take a tour and now take home a liquid souvenir. Visitors can take home up to 72 ounces of beer, which is equivalent to a six pack. For more on this, click here.
