McDonough Police: Robbery suspect pistol whips Taco Bell employee
MCDONOUGH, Ga. - Police need help to identify an armed robbery suspect accused of pistol-whipping a woman at a Taco Bell in McDonough.
On September 2, just after 7 a.m., a masked man who was armed with a revolver walked into the Taco Bell on Highway 20 West, and threatened to shoot several female employees.
Police said the suspect, described as a black male, pistol whipped one worker before the manager of the restaurant opened the safe.
The suspect left the scene in a newer model 4-door passenger car, possibly a Nissan Altima.
Surveillance images revealed the suspect was wearing a white mask over his face, a black t-shirt, black pants and a camouflage "boonie" hat. Police said he's about 20-years-old, 5'8" and 150 pounds.
